Early Beginnings:
My career started at TIME dotCom Berhad in 2004, where I honed my skills as a Provisioning Engineer.
Here, I gained expert knowledge in managing and troubleshooting fiber networks using systems from industry leaders like Alcatel, ZTE, NEC, and Lucent.
Coordinating the ‘Circuit Grooming Project’ was a significant milestone, where I enhanced the fiber network’s leased line routes for priority customers with minimal service interruptions.

Growing Expertise
In 2009, I joined Sapura Secured Technologies as a Senior Engineer and Network Planner.
This role challenged me to plan and coordinate complex network projects, such as the TETRA MW link live swapping from PDH to IP.
I collaborated on designing functional company networks and contributed to multiple tender submissions worth from RM200k to RM3 billion.
These projects spanned from the PDRM C4i central network to the Royal Oman Police Tetra Network

Driving Innovation
Leadership Roles
My tenure at U Mobile from 2015 to 2019 as a Senior Engineer, Network Planner, and Coordinator marked a period of significant growth.
I managed the deployment of network leased lines for over 4,000 sites nationwide, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. I also oversaw the installation of Metro Ethernet for 1,000+ sites, from survey to handover by service providers.
In 2019, I joined Tenaga Nasional Berhad, where I served as an Infrastructure Architect and later as an ICT Account Manager.
Here, I successfully coordinated six major ICT network upgrade projects and developed trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. My work resulted in high Capex savings and a remarkable 96% customer engagement rate for the department.
